Mr. Kundan Kumar Roy is the Managing Partner of the firm and possesses more than 10 years of extensive experience in Corporate Laws and Intellectual Property Rights. He is a graduate in Arts (Political Science Honours) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.).
He has advised and represented individuals, startups, and corporate entities on complex legal, regulatory, and compliance-related matters with a practical, result-oriented approach.
Mr. Roy has handled numerous assignments under Corporate Laws, including incorporation, striking off and restoration of companies, winding up, alteration of objects clause, increase of authorised share capital, allotment of shares, and change of company name.
He has vast experience in drafting and filing statutory and electronic forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs such as DIN, appointment and resignation of directors, and other regulatory filings.
He has successfully handled matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights, including filing and registration of trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs, as well as infringement and opposition matters.
Mr. Roy also undertakes legal research and drafting of petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, legal notices, recovery suits, complaints, and written statements.
He actively represents clients before various authorities, departments, and tribunals for approvals, registrations, licenses, and resolution of issues related to Corporate Laws, Tax Laws, IPR, Labour Laws, and other allied legislations.
